Top 10 VR Games on Steam, August 2020
Greetings VR Fam!
We've scoured the Steam public sales figures for August to bring you the top selling VR games this month. The #1 spot is no surprise (again), but we have something new I really enjoy #8. Let's take a look.
Jet Island #10
- Steam Rating: Overwhelmingly Positive (808 reviews)
- Multiplayer: Single-Player / Online Co-op / Online PvP
- Supported Controls: Motion Controllers
- Play Area: Seated / Standing / Room-Scale
- Supported Devices: Index / Vive / Rift / WMR
Our Take: This game just holds on to its top 10 ranking. Fast-paced unique types of locomotion and a large world to explore, with creatures to battle this one is worth looking into.
“Jet Island is massive open world and you have an arsenal of tools that will allow you to travel through this world at extreme speeds! When standing on your hoverboard, the ground below you becomes frictionless. Perfect for sliding up and down the mountainous terrain. To control the direction of your movement and gain even more speed, you have two wrist mounted jet thrusters. You also have grappling hooks to swing from tall structures and climb up the side of giant monsters. The combination of these tools provide a freedom of movement unlike any other. There are no limits to what you can do. It's the closest feeling to learning how to fly.”
Until You Fall #9
- Steam Rating: Overwhelmingly Positive (1,113 reviews)
- Multiplayer: Single-Player

Unleash torpedoes on enemy ships, shoot down fighters and bombers using anti-aircraft guns, and attempt to survive depth charges dropped by deadly destroyers.
